HOW DOES IT WORK?

In machine dish washing, dishes which are properly placed in suitable dish carrying racks, are sprayed with hot approximately 60 degrees centigrade detergent water from top and bottom through properly located and well engineered nozzles with the help of a pump.

The scrubbing action of the water sprayed coupled with the cleaning action of the hot detergent solution is sufficient to remove the fact well and food particles and food Stains from plates, cups, glasses, trays, cutlery, Thalis, hollow ware.

It is very important that the machine interiors are kept clean.  This should be done at the end of each wash period as it is easiest at that time and it prevents the TV of growth and foul odours during non use periods.

In most machines the operator has to check that the tank grained valves are closed and fresh water will remain in the tank during filling.

Next he has to fill the water tank to the desired level (automatic level control option available)

he then needs to add detergent (automatic dispensing option available) and start deleting process through electric heaters or steam (automatic switching on option available)

when the desired temperature of the watched and rinse water is reached as indicated by the thermometers the machine is ready for washing and he can switch on the pumps for water sprayed and load the machine with dish is placed in suitable racks as described above.

Do the dishes come out dry?

No, the dishes do not come out absolutely dry.  The temperature of the dishes is quite high as the washing sequence gets over.  When the dishes come out of the machine there may be a few drops of water on the dishes.  However the absorbed heat in the dishes helps in evaporating the water droplets away.  If the water has hardness salts these mealy spots which required by the with the soft cloth.

Does a drier help?

The drier helps in sanitising the dishes by enveloping them in hot air.
