ALL STAINLESS STEEL
USED SHALL BE AISI 304 QUALITY.
SHOP DRAWINGS FOR INDIVIDUAL DRAWINGS WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER THE RECEIPT
OF ORDER/ADVANCE
The sheets to be #4 finish with grains running right to left. Pipe
sections to be highly polished with grainy finish (not mirror finish)
TOPS
Made of 16 SWG Stainless Steel, 304 quality duly polished with all
resulting edges rounded with no burrs or other excess material left. Top
will be turned down and under in channel shape on all exposed sides, where
tables are against a wall, splash back approximately 6" returned
1" at 45 degree to wall with all exposed ends closed, welded and
smooth polished.
UNDERSIDES
Undersides of all
Stainless Steel tops for table counters, sinks dish and pot tables will be
mounted on 2mm stainless steel channel duly secured by welding .The
underside will be suitably sound deadened by treating with a coat of sound
deadening paint.
UNDER SHELVES
Under shelves wherever
called for will be constructed of 18SWG Stainless Steel sheeting uniformly
polished and reinforced with sturdy stainless steel Channel duly pained
with rust protecting and double coat of enamel paint. All shelves will be
turned down and under on all sides or rear and sides up and front down as
appropriate for hygiene.
LEGS
All legs will be
constructed of 1.5" square Stainless Steel tubes spaced not more than
six feet on centre. All legs will be fitted with stainless steel 1.0"
bullet feet for height adjustment on uneven floors.
CROSS BRACING
Where required will be
constructed of 1" square Stainless Steel tubes. All cross bracing
will run horizontal and level between all legs approximately 6" above
floor level. All joints will be completely welded around entire perimeter
forming complete seal, with all welds ground and polished to match
adjacent work.
SINK
All sinks will be
constructed of 16SWG, 304 quality Stainless Steel with radiused corners, welded, ground smooth and uniformly finished, duly
fitted with 1.5" dia BSP drain coupling/rear connected overflow .As
an option, a good brand mixer faucets either wall or deck mounting type as
appropriate will be provided.
BAIN MARIE WATER CHAMBER
Made from 16SWG, 304
quality Stainless Steel are welded fitted with 1" dia lever operated
drain valve for easy drain out.
INTERIOR OF HOT CABINET/PLATE WARMER
All interior of Hot
cabinets and plate warmers will be constructed of 20 G St.steel/
Galvanised iron panels duly insulated.
SLIDING DOORS
Wherever provided to
cabinets as non insulated will be constructed of 18SWG Stainless Steel
double bent panels and as insulated door will be constructed of 20 SWG
Stainless Steel double bent panels duly mounted on top hung easy rolling
nylon rollers with lower rollers for guidance. No strips/channels are
provided on the floor of the bottom shelf as guides for hygiene.
OVERHEAD SHELVES Wherever provided will be made of 18 SWG
Stainless Steel double bent on all sides duly reinforced and fixed on
1" round, 16SWG Stainless Steel tubular pipes at the height as
mentioned in overall size from the table top.
WALL SHELVES
Made of 18SWG Stainless
Steel sheeting with 1.5" raised edges on rear and two ends and double
bent downwards at front duly secured with 16 SWG Stainless Steel wall
brackets.
FRONT/CONTROL PANEL
All equipment will have
the front panel made of 20SWG Stainless Steel duly bent and die pressed.
S.S. POT RACK
Made of 1.5" dia
Stainless Steel pipes for uprights 3/4”dia cross bracing and 1/2” dia
Stainless Steel pipes for shelves. The unit shall fitted with
adjustable bullet feet.
ELECTRICALS
All electrically operated
equipment will be thermostatically controlled with indicating bulbs duly
fitted with Escort/Racold
brand heaters or equivalent and heat resistant fibre coated copper wire.
Appropriate contactors of Cutler Hammer/L&T to be provided.
GAS EQUIPMENT
All
gas equipment will be duly connected with pilot burners for individual
burners ,copper pigtails, needle valves.The burners will be of heavy duty
industrial type and to be operated at 4.5 psi gas pressure for high
pressure burners and 1/2 psi for low pressure burners. The burners and
valves to be from IOC
approved vendors.
INSULATION
All equipment will be
suitably insulated with 1" thick high quality mineral glass
wool/asbestos. Oven will be insulated with 3" thick glass wool.
MARBLE TOPS
Wherever called for will
be of 3/4" thick white marble duly placed and framed with 16 SWG
Stainless Steel on all sides to prevent slipping with neoprene rubber
absorbent strips.
REFRIGERATION
COMPONENTS
The compressors shall be Kirloskar or Shriram
make.The thermostat should be DANFOSS or RANUTROL make. Provision for
automatic defrost and evaporation of condensed water is made.Temperature
display would be digital type.
VENTILATION CANOPY AND COMPONENTS
The canopy is to have single row of filters for wall side canopy and two
rows of filters for island type canopy.
The rear and front edge must be at the same level of 2000mm above the
finished floor. The canopy is to be fabricated from 20 gauge thick S.S.
sheet.The filters are also in S.S. and are baffle type with sufficient
airflow and grease entrapment. Weep holes for grease discharge and tray
for collection must be fixed at a suitable location. Bulkhead type light
fittings on either side at 1200mm intervals are fixed. Each canopy is
provided with a perforated mild steel pipe at the rear of the plenum for
water spray in the event of a fire.
Top openings are to be provided at site during installation in
consultation with the ducting contractor / HVAC consultant.
DRAIN TROUGH GRATINGS
These are fabricated from stainless steel flats of 3mm
thickness with 35 mm frame, 25mm cross flats with 25 mm support brace
flats. The gratings are set in 38mmx38mm s.s angle frame grouted to the
floor.
