BLOWER DRIER FOR DISHWASHING MACHINE (MODEL BD-1) The drier body and tank are made in Stainless Steel sheet with coved corners. The conveyor cradle is also in heavy gauge Stainless Steel with gun metal driving pawls, (if required for conveyor machines). The machine has Stainless Steel water drain valve. The control panel is also in Stainless Steel sheet and is mounted on the top to prevent water ingress during cleaning of the machine. The electricals and pumps and control switches are of reputed make eg. Escorts, L&T, Telemecanique, Cutler Hammer etc. Electrical wiring is 440V/3ph/4Wire system. The blower is 2 HP. The heating load is 12KW.For the conveyor machine a limit switch is actuated when a dish rack has passed through the dishwashing machine to tart the blower. For stationary dishwashing machines switching on is manual while switching off is timer controlled. The machine size is approximately 675mm X 675mm X 1550mm high.
