Potato Peeling Machine

Features:"Teco" Potato peelimg machines are very versatile. These are capable of peeling many hard skin vegetables besides potatos in large quantities in a short span of time.The other vegetables that can be peeled are Karela, Tinda,Arbi,Parval etc.Vegetables do not have to be boiled before peeling.Vegetables can be peeled straight out of storage . The peels are washed away during the peeling process. The vegetables need to washed after peeling only. 
Specifications: The machine has a rotating abrasive plate in a stainless steel chamber in which peeling is done. The abrasive is bonded to the plate by a non- toxic epoxy resin.The feed hopper is also in S.S. and is removable so that peeling chamber can be cleaned. A stainless steel  water spray pipe is fixed to the chamber .The water spray washes the potatoes and carries away the peels as a slurry through a discharge pipe.The motor and drive assembly are housed in a stainless steel cabinet. The peeling plate can be removed for periodic cleaning.The motor and drive assembly are easily accessible for periodic maintenance.

Features: The Masala Grinder is an essential equipment for South Indian cooking . It can be used for grinding dal, rice etc for Dosa, Idli and vada.The tilting arrangement makes it easy to use,  the cover makes the process more hygienic, the specially machines stones make grinding more efficient and aereate the product for a tastier cooked food. Specifications: The machine has a stainless steel channel frame over which a tiltable stainless steel container is suspended. The container has a motor driven shaft with two side granite rollers over a granite bottom grinding stone. DOUGH MIXER

Features: The dough mixer is very useful in Indian food cooking and bakery operations. For the Indian kitchen it can mix a large quantity of dough for chapatis and nan etc. For the bakery it can not only make the dough but also be used to whip cream and beat eggs with different attchments.
