Specifications: 14G stainless steel shelf top bent down 50mm and in 10mm mounted over the 38mmx38mmx5mm mild steel angle frame with cross supports. The shelf is at 250mm height from the floor. The push handle rising up to 900mm height is 25mm diameter stainless steel pipe and is welded to the shelf top for strength and durability. Four 200mm Castor wheels, two swivel and two fixed are provided with brakes.

Specifications: 16G stainless steel tray top edges turned up 150mm, turned out 40mm @90 degree, turned down 25mm and in 12mm inside to form a pan of 150mm depth with fully coved corners.The tray is supportred by a Inverted 25mmx100mmx 25mm 16G stainless steel channels secured to underside of top with accorn nuts. The underside of the pan is sound deadened The bottom pan and the middle pan are both 100mm deep. The bottom pan shall be positioned 250mm AFF and middle pan located equally spaced in between.The uprights are 25 mm stainless steel pipe and are fitted with four 150 mm dia castor wheels two swivel and two fixed. Two wheels are provided with brakes.

Wire Shelving Racks (Cold room racks)
Features: These very versatile racks are a great boon to any foodservice operation. Shelves have tapered ends which slide over the round posts and get strongly fastened on to the grooves in the pipe over split plastic tapered inserts. The greater the load the greater the hold over the pipe. The uprights are round grooved pipes which are easy to clean. Clear visibility and permits free passage of air. Ideal for refrigerated rooms. Brings down product temperature very quickly thereby increasing shelf life. Shelves easily adjustable at 25mm intervals permit a variety of product packages to be stored and varied according to seasonal requirements. Shelves can take heavy loads upto about 500 kg per rack with 4 shelves(size 1200 mmx 500mm)without sagging

Storage Rack

Specifications: 2mm thick stainless steel angle 38mmx38 mm uprights with bullet feet for height adjustment on un even floors. Each shelf in 1.25 mm thick stainless steel sheet with all sides bent down 30 mm and in 12mm. Each shelf is supported on the underside by a stainless steel channel.Each rack may have 4 to 7 shelves as desired

S.S.Utensil Storage Rack

Mobile Ice Bin

18Gauge S.S. outside of 20gauge S.S. secured to welded G.I. angle iron boxed framework, reinforced on all sides. All interior sides and corners to be coved suitably. 50mm thick tightly packed thermocool with PU foam. Top to be fully open and provided with half folding removable insulated lid of same material as body with gasket and S.S. rod handles. Four Nos. 125mm dia rubber, non marking type, fixed at the base, all with brakes. Inside, bottom pitched to and provided with 25mm dia. Outlet with control valve. 20 gauge S.S. removable perforated, all sides turned down 25mm and in 12mm with lift out finger holes, corners rounded. Rubber corner bumpers at base on corners four Nos.

Receiving table
Features: A very useful piece of furniture to examine received daily supplies and Ingredients.  Stainless steel top ensures hygienic maintenance and prevents cross contamination. The top can be thoroughly cleaned between receipts of different materials.
